Rob has over 18 years of practical results oriented commercial legal experience in the mining and energy industries. His experience includes working in private law firms in Australia and working as general counsel for Canadian listed oil & gas companies.

Rob has expertise in joint venture development and management; acquisitions and divestments (both public and private); commercial relationship and dispute management; multi jurisdictional government, regulatory and stakeholder management and compliance.

Rob has experience in working in the Lao PDR and has worked with numerous organisations and companies operating and seeking to operate in the Lao PDR.

Rob’s approach to commercial and legal matters is hands on and outcome oriented.
